A unique and authentic experience that I highly recommend. We were able to spend an afternoon with elephants roaming freely. The staff is respectful of the animals and provides clear explanations at each step. We were able to feed them, bathe them, share a mud bath, and prepare their food. The shuttle picking us up from the hotel was on time. The facility is well-equipped and clean. We received a warm welcome and were very attentive. Thank you to the entire team.

My husband and I had a great time. The weather was hot, but we were shaded a lot of the time. Unfortunately one of the elephants had to go to the hospital that day, but we still had fun with the two left! They gave us snacks before and after and had showers that were perfect to clean up in after the activities. The staff were all very nice and took pictures for us. We had a really nice time and recommend this activity!

You know what... if I could, I'd live there and help care for the elephants. It's the most beautiful place we've been to in Thailand. The atmosphere there is wonderful. The people who create this place are amazing. And most importantly, this isn't a place for tourists; it's a place for the elephants. And we can only observe what beautiful animals the elephants are. Although, looking into their eyes, you see more humanity in them than in humans. The guy who created this place, Bang Bang, is a great guy. After a few words with him and looking into each other's eyes, I know we would be great friends. Thank you for letting me meet you. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, wishing you good health and lots of strength. And I hope we'll see each other again someday.

There are no such things as "sanctuaries," my friends! Open your eyes if you have any compassion; this is nothing but animal exploitation. Elephants are chained and injured out of sight of the customers! Elephants are very fearful, and last year a 20-year-old girl died bathing with an elephant because none of this is natural!

My wife and I had the most wonderful time. The staff was absolutely pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. They made sure to give everyone there the best experience they could. The sanctuary itself was amazing while not compromising the health or well being of the elephants. I can honestly say it’s been one of the best experiences of our life and we can’t thank their team enough. Please support ! They’re doing it how it should be done. Thank you again!

After carefully researching an Elephant Sanctuary, we chose this beautiful place. Most importantly to us was the care for the animals and the amount of freedom they get. We are big animal lovers! The reviews we read all mentioned how genuine the staff were, their passion and story... We were not disappointed. What a fantastic place! We met Noi and Nom, the most beautiful Elephants. Highly recommend.

Mr banana was so informative and helpful when we arrived at feeding time. They run purely on private bookings (only 2 per day to avoid stress for the elephants) and donations upon entry for watching or participating in the feeding (bananas and sugar canes). This is one of the most ethical sanctuaries I have seen so far, with the staff allowing the elephants to roam freely in the nearby jungle when the sanctuary is closed, with them always coming back ready for morning feed. The staff are so caring towards these elephants and you can tell they see them as family, highly recommend going and donating on arrival! We arrived at 16:15 for the feed, before that it is private bookings only.
