Afternoon Program

Our half-day programs offer a memorable experience spending time with elephants in their natural home. we are sure that your day at The Elephant Sanctuary Krabi will leave you deeply moved. Share your love for the elephants with your warm touch.

ITINERARY

01:00 - 01:45 PM

Pick up from your hotel or accommodation in Krabi.
02:00 - 02:15 PM

Arrive at Elephant Sanctuary Krabi. Enjoy a welcome snack, sip tea or coffee, and learn about elephants as you are given an introduction to our program.
02:15 PM

Assist with the preparation of natural dietary supplements for the elephants.
02:30 PM

Meet the elephants. Feed them and administer dietary supplements as you learn their stories, Play, interactm and take photos with the elephants in a natural setting.
03:15 PM

Mud spa with the elephants.
03:45 PM

Bathe with the elephants.
04:15 PM

Use our facilities to take a (regular) shower, dry off, and change cloths.
04:30 PM

Have some tea, coffee, snack and seasonal fruit, before say goodbye to the friendly elephants.
05:00 PM

Return to your hotel or accommodation in Krabi SAFELY and HAPPILY

Elephants are intelligent, emotional, and like humans. They are usually peaceful animals. As their well-being is our top concern, the maximum for our program is only 12 PAX. (Children and infants are not included.) Moreover, your experience with us is also important. Visit our place and get up close and personal with our little Malai and Kumkoon like you have never experienced before.

I highly recommend it!The staff are very committed, you can see that this work is their passion.Elephants are treated properly and live in good conditions.A place definitely worth visiting!

Firstly we were planning to do a day with the elephants in Chiang Mai because it is the place recommended in the research but we did not have time for that. We were disappointed but without knowing what awaited us next in Krabi. We were looking for a place that respected animals and we found it, the name of sanctuary is not misused, we take care of the elephants and we feel the kindness from the members of the staff who were really great! An unforgettable moment, being able to apprehend such a majestic animal, it's scary at first then you end up getting involved in the game, and bathing with them and cleaning them, pure joy! I highly recommend!Thank you very much Ban for the explanations and your kindness!

Great experience and you can also earn money with animals.No yield and the operator was open. In the beginning they needed state dough and donations - now people come on their own and pay for the great experience.Elephants, led without a leash, stick or anything similar. You walk right next to it and everything is peaceful.If an elephant doesn't want to, then that's the same.

The best elephant sanctuary in Thailand.The host is a great man with a big heart, he teaches about elephants and how to treat them. The whole trip was of great quality, there was even a photographer and he sent photos by e-mail. Elephants here are treated with great hearts as their children. It was a great adventure, I definitely recommend it.

If you want a full program (3.5 hours) - book in advance, there are 2 times of the day. The rest of the time, elephants in this reserve live a free life 🙏🏻 They walk, sleep and relax.You can just come and feed for free, for which we thank you very much. There is a food donation box.Very beautiful and atmospheric place, nice staff. Everything was shown and told. We highly recommend it!)

An amazing experience and the stories behind the sanctuary is so moving, we haven’t stopped talking about it since we left.The elephants are well cared for and the time you spend with them doing the activities is incredible!! All staff are lovely and caring for the elephants this place is such an incredible atmosphere with beautiful calm and lovely elephants cant wait to come back one day again!Big thank you to bang bang and everyone that made us feel welcome.

We stopped by with our family for a while. Entry and feeding are free. It's worth leaving a donation. Other elephant activities are available at an additional cost. Very nice service.

An Amazing day would highly recommend visiting here. The staff were wonderful and obviously loved being with the Animals, and very passionate about saving them.
